SIA "Ūdens būve" provides quality equipment maintenance both during the warranty and post-warranty periods. Often, if necessary, we also undertake to maintain other technological systems (equipment of other distributors and manufacturers).

Standard water treatment equipment installation includes:

• Visual inspection of water quality.
• Visual diagnostics of the equipment.
• Identifying the causes of defects or problems.
• Provision of equipment for bypass lines during maintenance (if required).
• If a mechanical filter is installed in the system before the treatment equipment, the filter element is replaced if necessary.
• In order to thoroughly clean the control mechanism completely from the iron, lime, sand, etc. that have accumulated there - we disconnect the equipment from the pipelines, completely dismantle the control mechanisms by components.
• Cleaning of control components with "Iron out", "Citrex" or other cleaning agents.
• Assembly of the control mechanism.
• Control adjustment, programming (performed for each customer individually, based on water analysis parameters, existing equipment specifications, necessary customer requirements, etc.).
• Visual inspection of the filling of the equipment.
• Total assembly and connection of the equipment back to the pipelines.
• Commissioning of the equipment (full manual control of the rinsing cycles of the water treatment equipment, inspection, inspection of the fastening of the sewerage pipes, inspection of water consumption, etc.).
• Transfer and acceptance of work done.

For iron removal equipment, in addition, the following is performed:

• Cleaning the reagent tank of reagent residue.
• Reagent tank cleaning with “Iron out”, “Citrex” or other cleaning agents.
• Reagent tank float mechanism inspection and cleaning.
• Reagent replenishment (salt, blue grains, etc.) / work.

For iron removal equipment, in addition, the following is performed:

• Stirring of the filling mass with an air high-pressure compressor.

For aeration type iron removal equipment, in addition, the following is performed:

• Reactor (aeration tank) inspection and cleaning: mechanical and chemical removal of iron and manganese deposits from the reaction tank, injection holes (if any), vent pipes, outlet pipes, safety valve, control valves, etc. for all fittings associated with the aeration tank.
• Internal mechanical cleaning of pipelines - pipelines located from the air inlet to the inlet to the filter tank.
• Checking of automatic deaerators, replacement if necessary.
• Inspection of fittings as well as fastenings of high-pressure compressor and associated piping, check valve, etc.
• At the customer's request, for a separate fee it is possible to take a water sample and take it to the laboratory for analysis.
